I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over fourteen years of experience providing psychotherapy. I specialize in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also utilize CBT, DBT strategies and a variety of other techniques to help client’s reach their identified goals.
